Howdy Wrangler families! Just a few tidbits of Transportation information:
BUS RIDERS:
*If you need bus driver emails, they are available on the Bus Driver Graphic
*Buses may be running a tad late as they are learning new riders & in some cases, new routes and some also run routes for HMS & HHS before coming to Rodes.
AFTERNOON CAR RIDERS:
*If your child is an Afternoon Car Rider, we have attached two maps to hopefully give everyone a visual of how to proceed in the car line! You MUST have the appropriate car tag(s) displayed or you will be sent inside to the office with your ID.
*Please keep your car tag HANGING UP until your child is INSIDE your vehicle. Do NOT lay it on the dashboard until they are inside the car.
*If you have NOT gotten a car tag from your child's teacher, please reach out to them. {PreK, you will get yours at the Parent Meeting}.
*Even though we do not have all of our students on campus yet, please use the correct afternoon lanes to help this process go as smooth as possible.
*Rodes does have two BUCKLE ZONES in the event that your child needs assistance with buckling. Buckle Zones are our two staff parking lots. Our staff are unable to buckle your child in, so please work on practicing or utilize our buckle zones.
TRANSPORTATION CHANGES:
*In the event that you need to make a TRANSPORTATION CHANGE, you will need to write a detailed note including dates for the change, if child will be riding a bus, the bus number & address child will be going to. along with your signature. Teachers & staff do NOT take changes via phone, email, 'Rooms' or fax.
